September Appliance Bonus 2026: Terms and Conditions

1. The September Appliance Bonus is offered by Assemble Kitchens (“Assemble”).
2. The offer runs from 1 September to 30 September 2026 inclusive.
3. To qualify, customers must:
   • enter into a new agreement for an Assemble kitchen with a total value exceeding $18,400 including GST, equivalent to over $16,000 excluding GST; and
   • accept the final kitchen quote and pay the required deposit during the promotional period.
4. A kitchen valued at exactly $18,400 including GST does not qualify. The qualifying value is calculated using the total kitchen price shown on the accepted quote after all discounts have been applied.
5. Qualifying customers will receive one Panasonic appliance package comprising:
   • one Panasonic 65L Built-In Oven; and
   • one Panasonic 60cm Ceramic Cooktop.
6. The appliance package has a combined advertised value of $1,298 including GST.
7. The offer applies to new retail kitchen orders only. It does not apply to contracts, quotes or deposits accepted before 1 September 2026, trade or commercial orders, or existing kitchen projects.
8. One appliance package is available per qualifying kitchen order.
9. The appliance package is not redeemable for cash, credit, a discount or a refund and cannot be transferred to another customer or project.
10. Appliance installation, electrical work and any other associated costs are included only where expressly stated in the customer’s accepted kitchen quote.
11. Appliance supply is subject to availability. If either advertised appliance becomes unavailable, Assemble may provide a comparable Panasonic product of equal or greater value after advising the customer.
12. If the kitchen order is cancelled or its value is reduced to $18,400 including GST or less, the customer will no longer qualify for the appliance package.
13. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion or discount unless Assemble agrees otherwise in writing.
14. Assemble may amend or withdraw the promotion before a customer qualifies. Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect customers who have already satisfied the eligibility requirements.
15. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
